The rental amount is not refundable. If the rental vehicle is returned before the term set by this contract, the total amount of the scooter rental remains with the Lessor.

The rental day (9am to 7pm) is hourly and any overtime will be charged as a 24 hour rental. The lessee undertakes to return the vehicle on the date, at the time and at the place provided for in this contract. If the Tenant wishes to change the return date provided for on the front of this contract, he must send his request in writing.

Fuel and oil costs are the responsibility of the Renter.

If the vehicle is not returned with the same level of petrol noted on the contract, the price per liter missing is charged 3chf/litre.

The Renter will pay all fines and expenses for all traffic offences, parking offences, non-presentation of vehicle papers and up-to-date insurance sticker. A fixed compensation of 30chf is invoiced for the administrative processing and follow-up mail fine.

The deposit, fixed in the contract, will remain attributed to the Lessor in full ownership, up to the sums due by the Lessee in the event of non-payment of the rents and/or the return of the vehicle in a state not in conformity with that in which it was has been issued, as mentioned in this contract, or theft. If the amount of the rental remaining due by the Tenant on the return of the vehicle is greater than the amount of the deposit, the Tenant undertakes to immediately pay the full amount due.

In the event of an accident, fire or theft of the vehicle, the Tenant undertakes to immediately notify the Lessor and send the duly completed amicable report within 24 hours by registered letter with AR.

The amicable report must include all information relating to the circumstances of the claim, the identity of the parties involved and the location. In the event of non-compliance with the claim declaration deadlines, the forfeiture of the right of guarantee may apply.

The Renter is not insured in the following cases:

-If the vehicle is not returned on the date specified on the front of this contract, the insurance will be suspended within 24 hours and the vehicle will be declared stolen.

-When the renter uses the vehicle for a professional delivery activity.

-When he is unable to return the original keys of the vehicle to the Lessor after noticing the theft of the latter, and if the theft is attributable to him. In this case, he will be required to pay the value of the vehicle estimated by an expert.

- When the driver is in a state of drunkenness as defined by the Highway Code, or when he has used legally prohibited drugs or narcotics, or when he has taken medication, medically prescribed or not, including the leaflet specifies that their use is likely to cause a state of drowsiness.

-When the damage to the vehicle occurs when the vehicle has not been returned on the date provided for in the contract, unless the extension is accepted by the Lessor, this case being assimilated to driving against the will of the Lessor and to a diversion of the vehicle.

-If the Renter has deliberately provided the Lessor with false information concerning his identity and/or his address and/or the validity of his driving licence. The tenant must in particular notify 2rouesgeneve of a loss or suspension of a valid driving license and/or during the rental. The same will apply in the event of false declarations on the joint report or the declaration of loss or the state description on return of the vehicle.

The use of vehicles is strictly limited to use for Walking/Commuting-Work.

The Lessor agrees to the Tenant whose signature appears in this contract, to rent the vehicle identified in the contract in the descriptive State. This rental, which is personal and non-transferable, is concluded for a fixed period as specified in this contract. The Tenant acknowledges renting the vehicle and its accessories in a condition that meets the conditions imposed by the Highway Code.

By signing this contract, the Tenant accepts the vehicle in the state in which it is, as mentioned on the front hereof, and undertakes to return it in the same working condition and in the same aesthetic condition. Any reservation on the condition of the vehicle must be made by the Tenant, in the space dedicated to this purpose, at the time of taking charge of the vehicle.

The Lessor gives the Tenant, when handing over the keys of the vehicle, a pouch containing (i) an insurance certificate, (ii) a photocopy of the vehicle registration document and (iii) a valid insurance sticker. The Tenant alone will bear the consequences of not presenting these documents to the police officers. The Renter must check the validity of the insurance sticker. Any verbalization is his responsibility.

The lessee agrees to lock the vehicle at each stop, using the anti-theft device and keeping the keys, which must under no circumstances be left on board.

The vehicle may not be driven by anyone other than the driver designated under the specific conditions of this contract. In the event of a claim involving the liability of another driver (not named on the contract), a deductible of an amount of 900CHF will be applied and the named driver will be deprived of his rights for all guarantees taken out.

The vehicle may not be used on the circuit or outside the traffic lanes. The vehicle cannot be used for the transport of people without the express and written agreement of the Lessor.

The Tenant must carry out the following checks very regularly: oil level, coolant level, tire pressure. The tenant will remain vigilant to any signal emitted by the warning lights appearing on the dashboard of the vehicle and will take all the necessary precautionary measures, if necessary, such as an emergency stop.

All breakdowns and repairs following an accident, or more generally all interventions on the vehicle must be carried out at one of the partner garages designated by 2rouesgeneve., under penalty of questioning the responsibility of the Tenant and/or invoicing of any costs. bringing the vehicle back into conformity or repairing it.

The vehicle is supplied with tires whose condition and number comply with road regulations. In the event of deterioration of one of them for a cause other than the hidden defect, the Tenant undertakes to replace it immediately and at his own expense with an identical tire (same size and same type). The repair with the installation of a “wick” following a puncture is not authorised.

If the odometer has not worked for a reason other than the technical failure, the Renter must pay the mileage allowance calculated on the basis of 150 kilometers per rental day. Any transformation or mechanical intervention on the vehicle is prohibited without prior authorization from the Lessor.

For long-term rentals, from one month of rental, the Tenant acknowledges receiving a valid insurance sticker on the first day of rental. The Renter must go to the premises of the Lessor, if during the rental, this sticker is no longer up to date in order to receive a valid sticker. The fines related to this offense will be borne by the Renter.

Repayment :

  1. Moving is only possible up to 7 days before the start of the rental or within 24 hours of booking. Travel must be done by phone.
  2. The cancellation period is 30 days before the start of the rental or within 24 hours of booking. After this period, the rental will be invoiced to you in full. The cancellation must imperatively be made by telephone.
  3. In case of cancellation after the deadline, you will receive a voucher for 50% of the value of the canceled reservation, usable in the same 2rouegeneve agency.
  4. In the event of cancellation on time, you will receive a voucher for the value of the canceled reservation, usable in the same 2rouegeneve agency.
